Randy Goodwin - Vice President, Client Services
Randy Goodwin was recruited to join WCM in 1998 as Vice President of Client Relations, focusing on the firm’s existing Taft-Hartley client base and in the development of additional client relationships. Included in his responsibilities is attendance at board of trustees meetings, educational conferences, and industry-related conventions.
Randy received his degree in business administration from Washington State University in 1980. He also has his Series 65 designation. Randy began his career in 1980 working in the field of third party administration for two large regionally based TPAs. A broad base of experience, with a focus on Taft-Hartley, was developed. He was an appointed officer on the Northwest Association of Administrators Board.
In 1994, Randy opened a Seattle office for a West Coast health and actuarial consulting firm. He worked in plan design modeling, evaluation of TPAs, comparison studies of competing plans, actuarial reporting, and client development.
Randy is a director on the board at Washington Capital Management and a board member for the Edmonds Community College Foundation where he chairs several committees.
Randy enjoys golf, tennis, his fox terriers, and working in the yard. He is the social director for Washington Capital’s group activities, planned throughout the year. These have proved beneficial in employee morale, camaraderie, and a company-wide focus to service our clients and grow the firm assets under management. Close Bio
Chuck Maki - Vice President, Client Services
Chuck Maki is an investment professional having entered the brokerage industry in 1969 and completing his career with Merrill Lynch of 23 years as an institutional bond sales specialist in 1997. After a short retirement, he joined Washington Capital Management to represent the firm to high net worth individuals, retirement plans, foundations, and charitable institutions. Chuck served as the chairman of the board of the Easter Seals Society of Washington for three years. He holds a B.A. degree from Washington State University in business administration. Close Bio
Paul Ravetta - Vice President, Client Services
Paul joined WCM in 2007 and is responsible for client service and business development in the firm’s fixed income strategy. He has 14 years of marketing, sales, and client service experience in institutional investment management. Prior to joining WCM, Paul was the director of marketing for Pugh Capital Management. His previous experience includes marketing and sales roles for several institutional investment firms and co-founding a technology firm. Paul holds an MA and BA in communication arts from the University of Cincinnati. Close Bio
